The setup fee is paid upfront and is non-refundable. Pay the first 12 months upfront (non-refundable) and setup is free. Monthly plans have no minimum term: cancel with 30 days' notice.

What is yours stays yours
The domain is in your name and your text and photos are always yours. From month 12 you can buy the site for 6 monthly fees; from month 24, for 3; from month 36 it's yours, free. On annual plans, one monthly fee is the annual price ÷ 10. If you leave, we hand over your content and help you point the domain.

Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We take care of everything.
What if I want to change prices or photos?
Send us a message and we update it, within the time included in your plan.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are + VAT.
How do I pay?
Monthly by bank transfer, against invoice, or the whole year upfront. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free and the setup for free.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, €290, €390 or €490 + VAT depending on the plan, paid upfront and non-refundable. It's €0 if you pay the year upfront.
Are the domain and content mine?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and your text and photos are always yours.
What if I want to leave?
Monthly plans: leave whenever you like, with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and not refunded, so you stay until the end of the year. We hand over your content and help you point the domain. From month 12 you can buy the site for 6 monthly fees; from month 24, for 3; from month 36 it's yours, free. On annual plans, one monthly fee is the annual price ÷ 10.
Do you keep my customers’ data?
We only process it on your behalf, under a GDPR data processing agreement.
Do you guarantee more customers?
No, we do not promise results. We give you the tools, and on the Professional and Complete plans you get a simple monthly report.
