2. What we collect

Only the data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp (for example your name, business, contact details and message). This site has no forms or tracking cookies. To count visits we use Simple Analytics, a cookieless analytics service (see section 6).

3. Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to perform the contract. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. How long

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, for clients, for the applicable legal periods.

5. Processors

Email: Google Workspace. Website hosting: Railway (server logs only). WhatsApp messages: WhatsApp/Meta, under its own terms. Website analytics: Simple Analytics (Netherlands, EU); see the Simple Analytics privacy policy.

6. Website analytics

We use Simple Analytics to count visits to this site. It is privacy-friendly analytics: it does not use cookies (or similar technologies such as local storage or fingerprinting), does not collect or store IP addresses and does not link visits to a person. According to the Simple Analytics documentation, it records the page visited (without query parameters), the referrer and campaign (UTM) parameters, an anonymised user agent (browser, operating system and device type), screen and window size, the country (derived from the time zone), the device language, time on page, scroll percentage and timestamps. Visits from browsers with Do Not Track enabled are not counted. Simple Analytics is based in the Netherlands and stores data on servers there. We rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding aggregate site usage; no cookies are used and no personal data is stored. 7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hello@pixelapoteose.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).

8. Managed website clients

When we process data on behalf of our clients (for example, bookings), we act as a processor under a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28).
